Walked the same walk and got different....
.....calories burned. My husband and I both walked our dog for 45 minutes and both entered it for the "Walking dog, 3.0mph", and it said he burned 228 cals and I burned 200 cals. So I started 30 Day Shred like a week ago, but stopped. I just started it again today, but at level 2. I'm kind of afraid that this DVD won't get me any results at all, or as quick as it might claim. Have any of you completed, or have even tried this work out and have seen good results????

i have to go run some arrends one is to the grocery store and walmart and a few other places. Should the walking i do there count as walking? I wouldl think so because it is walking. Any opinons....
