JM 30-Day Shred
So I just 'downloaded' the 30-day shred... I'm 5'6'' 138lbs but in awful shape (I don't exercise, but am trying to get fit..). I only finished 9 minutes of this video and had to stop! Anyone else struggle with this???

calories burned for lifting weights?
When I enter things like biceps curls and other weight lifting, toning and strength training activities, it doesn't add up any calories burned. What's up with that?

HRM come on this is not right

Circuit training
So I tried the Planet Fitness 30-minute circuit training thing today. While I know I'm both fat and out of shape, and the circuit kicked my butt, MFP's cardio tracker says I burned more than 500 calories in 30 minutes! That can't possibly be true, can it?
