question about achiness
I'm not pushing myself too much, but days that I work out I feel great, then the next day I'm wicked achy. And it's everywhere. Am I doing too much? Do I work out through the ache to make it go away? I don't want to do the wrong thing and hurt yself... Any advice? Thanks :) ~Kate

The asauna & steam room
Does anyone use the asauna or steam room after or before their workout? For years I have been using the asauna but recently (since 2011) I have been using the steam room as well. They're both very relaxing BUT which is better? leea :)

Favorite Fitness Apps?

Hello guys! how do you measure your body fat%??, Because me Im using omron handheld but I think its not accurate...my body fat always range at 18%-16% only and it wont go down..but Im still losing weight, I went 65 kg but my body fat stay at 16-17%. :|

I noticed lot of people burn 700 plus calories here I am lucky to burn 300-400 calories makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong lol.
