Sleep and working out
Ive always had trouble sleeping ....Ive been on sleep medications for years. Well I have been recently working out and I cant believe how sound I sleep... Im hoping Ill be able to come off the sleep meds soon if this continues. Its amazing..lol who knew :)

Gym vs. MFP ??
So after an hour of doing the stair climber at the gym it told me I lost 240 calories which is fine by me. When I try adding it in for an hour on MFP it tries saying I burned 750 calories.... Heel spurs
I love to walk/jog on the treadmill but afterward my heels hurt like I am walking on glass. When I do any other cardio I am fine. i bought the heel inserts but it hasnt helped. Have tried 3 different pairs of shoes. Does anyone have any suggestions??

pole dancing!
So I pole dance at a fitness center for women. It is most definitely a work out! The Elliptical Conspiracy: a Question
On Monday I went to the Y and did 30 min. on the elliptical. The machine said 300 calories. I entered my 30 minutes in the exercise section of MFP. It said 349 calories or so. I have a quick question, I have been doing a routine in the mornings but can't figure out the calories I burn witch I don think is much. I do 25 aquats with knee to elbow and spiderman and leg ups 12 reps per side. how do I mark this or should I still not?

In a little over 3 weeks is The Cowtown Marathon. I'm in good enough shape to run the 5k, maybe even the 10k. But half marathon and up get these cool medals that form the star of Texas when you have 5. I may just be a little stir crazy cause of the ice today, cause it is a crazy idea.

Billy Blanks Basic Traning
I just bought a Polar today and did Billy Blanks basic training bootcamp dvd for the first time. My Polar said I burned 283 calories in 40 minutes. I was not able to do all of the moves but did break a sweet. I was just wondering if that number seemed high. Does anyone do the dvd and know how many they burn?

How can i loose more fat, instead of gaining muscle.
How can I loose more weight, instead of gaining muscle. I eat around 1000 calories a day, and burn 500 off at the gym using the elliptical,bike, and treadmill. I just feel like more of it is muscle gained instead of loosing weight. any suggestions? Thanks!

Crazy goal???
