I spent a half hour scraping off 1/2 inch thick ice from my car this morning in the freezing rain. I went to go add this in as exercise and realized I have no idea how to search for something like that. So I'm always hearing all this stuff about how you need to stay in a certain heart rate rang to burn maximum fat. Like my new polar HRM says that zone 1 is 118-137 zone 2 138-157 and zone 3 158-177. How can I get my thighs in shape fast?
I'm doing Power Pump, Zumba, and Boot Camp. I'm squatting, lunging, and lifting weights until I can barely move. The stubborn cellulite on the backs of my thighs does not want to come off. Are there any particular exercises I can do to get rid of it?
