The BMI calculator is bogus on this website. its Says I should weigh 125 to 169. 169 and Id be skinny as hell. 125 and I would be dead.

exercise calories...
not the usual question lol :p but related! if i do an hour at the gym and my HRM says I've burnt 300 calories, do I log/eat back all 300? or do I deduct the 70 calories I would have burned anyway had I done nothing and log/eat back only 230 calories? any ideas please? :)

I have recently lost about 25 pounds with diet and exercise. I joined my fitness plan to keep track of my calories and lose an additional 15 pounds. My daily calorie intake is 1200. On Demand Exercise TV
I just found on my AT&T cable an On Demand Exercise TV. It has over 100 different exercises (Abs, Biggest Loser Last Chance workout, Hip Hop, Walking, Kickboxing, bootcamp and the list goes on)! Most are 20-30 mins!! Just thought I would share it!!

I was wondering if anyone has ever done the 30 day shred but by doing more then one level in a day or all three level in a day and what there results were?
