Cardio/exercise ideas for a gimp?
I sprained my ankle yesterday and am not able to walk comfortably, let alone exercise with it. Does anyone have any exercise ideas that don't require a leg? The other one still works great. :) I'm not really into weights and I most likely wouldn't do much of an upper body circuit. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!

my legs HURT!!
so I rode 12 miles on my bike on Saturday and I'm still sore (Monday) but I knew I needed to work out. I just rode 5 miles and my legs are hurting so bad! I just started working out again after 2008...it's been awhile. what can I do to make them feel better other than pain killers?

Can anyone help me understand the exercise calories burned a little better? I’ve been doing yoga 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Exercise before breakfast
I have found this to be an easier way of getting my exercise in, going on the elliptical trainer 30-60 mins before breakfast. I also have read a lot of research stating this is a good way to burn fat. So my question is - have any of you had that experience with exercising before eating breakfast?
