Stretching/Flexibility Exercises
Just curious; what does everybody do to improve their flexibility. I find that my back is really tight and it gets sore easily. I am looking for specific exercises that I can do at home or at my desk that doesn't require a workout video. Thanks for you help!

Whole wheat pasta vs No Yolk Pasta
Does anyone know what is better for you, calories and fat wise: Whole Wheat vs the No Yolks pasta. The No Yolks I am sure would taste better....but which is the best pasta to choose if you are making a pasta dish.

Ok so here is the situation... I am a full time student and I work full time, I started P90X about a month ago and I love it! Should there be a law?
Should there be a law that restricts fitness models to advertise only products they actually use? You always see cut people that say " In only 6 minutes a day". Never mind the small print at the bottom that says with a strict diet.

how many sit ups, push ups, squats...?
I read about the 200 sit ups challenge on another post (www.twohundredsitups.com) so I decided to give it a try. So I just did the initial test. heat rash and working out
I got a heat rash yesterday from tanning. every where I read says to not sweat until the heat rash goes away. Does that mean I shouldn't work out??? Also, does anyone have any helpful hints for making the rash go away??
