37% fat at 135 pounds???
I have one of those scale that mesure % body fat. It say that I am 37.5% body fat at 135.8 pounds...it is very high. Does it make sens for you? You can see on my avatar the picture I took yesterday. I am not sure if I can trust that number.

Thank god for excercise
I would have only had 100 calories left for dinner. But a 30 minute workout got be back up to 500 calories.. Whew... that was a close one.. thought I was gonna starve tonight.. :drinker: Off to cook rice an tilapia!!
