I'm a 47 to female trying to lose 39 more lbs. I'm currently in the gym 4-5 days a week and on either the treadmill (fat burn program) for up to 45 minutes and elliptical for 25 mintues. I have been doing Zumba in the mornings and Insanity in the afternoons and was just wondering... Does it really matter/make a difference if you workout two seperate times a day? Would it be better to do one after the other (which is hard because I tried one day)? Thanks
