Help am I doing this right
I have been working out at the gym, swimming and excersise classes for two weeks eating aprox 1000-1200 calories per day but i havent loss a thing, i'm 188lb and need to get into a bridesmaids dress in april I ordered it a dress size smaller thank I am. Would love some advise on what im doing wrong thanks xx

Exercise & weight gain
Does this happen to anyone else?.... whenever I hit the gym especially hard, I'm up at least 3 pounds the next day (today it was 5.5!!!!). I've not tried doing unusually hard workouts 2 days in a row - that's my next experiment.

Moderate/Vigorous based on HR?
I've been stationary biking it and am wondering what the difference between moderate and vigorous workouts are. I'm wearing a heart rate monitor and have done workouts with avg HR of 140 (75%) as well as harder 150-160+ (85%) workouts. So would the 75% be moderate, and the 85% be vigorous? Realistic goal?
I want to try to lose at least 50 pounds by July.. I will be 30 in July and would be so happy if I can get 50 pounds off.. Does anyone think that is an unrealistic goal or is it possible? Also if anyone lives in the nashville area, I would love a workout buddy!!

Just bought the xbox Kinect and I love it!!!!
We just go the kinect for the xbox and we played it for 3 1/2 hours straight!!!! I got the Shape Up game and it is wonderful! Tons of great excercise and fun!!! For me and my entire family!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any use the Just Dance or Just Dance 2 ??
Looking for something for a good workout, read the reviews and they sound good, and make for a good cardio workout vs the treadmill all the time.. It gets boring looking at a wall for 40 minutes or more. Could someone shed some light on these two for me?? Thanks Laurie
