Heart Monitor versus treadmill
I worked out about 40 minutes at 3.8 on the treadmill. My treadmill is about the cheapest one from Walmart but it says I burned 180 calories. My heart rate monitor says I burned 536 for an average heart rate of 134. That sounds to high to me. Other activities with the monitor seem to be accurate so any advise? Which sounds…

Runners cramps
I am no runner, however when I exercise lately I get what my doctor calls runners cramps. I drink plenty of water before during and after exercising, I stretch before. It only occurs when I am doing my aerobic exercises. Any other ideas that you may have used or heard of that may help. thanks

heart rate while exercising
