Any suggestions as to how to tone the butt/thigh area? As far as working out, I run on the treadmill and then do free weights to tone arms and legs. Ive been walking on the treadmill everyday for thirty minutes. When I input it on here I put it under stair-treadmill general. Is that wrong? Should I be putting it under just plain walking? I want the calories Im burning to be as accurate as possible. Help!!!!
