I just can't get this as a cardio work out. My avg on my HRM was at 119 - but - I added 15 minute of elliptical to get that. If i have my exercise goals set to 5 workouts a week 120 mins a day my settings are now mins 50 / 120 calories burned 177 / 826 is it important that i reach the calories burned per day

30 Day shred level 1 and 2
Wow I did the level 1 and it was ok, but pretty easy to make it through. So yesterday i did 1 and 2 together and by the end I was dripping! My HRM said I burned just shy of 300 calories. Today I'm going to do level 3 then tomorrow 2 and 3 together.
