Just got the Microsoft Kinect
Gotta say, it's better than the Wii for a workout. My wife and I enjoy dancing games and the Kinect sees your whole body, so you really have to move your feet and legs. Has anyone noticed a difference between getting a calories burned count when you enter it into the fitness pal site as opposed to what the treadmill tells you when you're done? The machine vs. MFP
I walked on the treadmill in my gym tonight. 20 minutes at 3.0 speed with a 1.5 incline. I didn't put my weight into the machine, but it said I burned 96 calories. MFP's preset walking at 3.0 speed says I burned 125. Which should I go with?
