Heart Rate Monitor
Which one do you have have? Why do you like it. I really want to get one...but there are so many to choose from. I don't really want to spend too much on something I will not like. Do they all tell you how many calories you burn? I am confused!

Calories
I have to eat 1660 calories a day. What do I do when I get 1660 calories then go work off 600 of them. Do I have to go back and eat 600 more calories to make me back up to 1660 or do I do nothing?

Knee Problems?
Low impact cardio is hard to do, for me anyway, because I feel like I am not doing as much. Like swimming. Apparently it is a great workout, but I don't feel a thing! Am I doing something wrong? What types of workouts can be done with very little impact on the knees?

Any way to totally resolve runners knee?
I started having knee problems a couple of years ago. The orthopaedic said it is runners knee - gave me some exercises to do at home (very simple: leg lifts, workin with small ball, etc.). The Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD
I know the Cardio Max DVD is a couple of years old by now, but it has proven to be very successful for me. I was wondering if anyone knows how many calories that the different levels burn? How high does your heart rate usually get?
