Exercise and weight loss……im confused
Lets say my daily calorie intake is supposed to be 1200. I exercise and work off 200 calories. now i have to eat 200 more calories. Where does the weight loss come in? am i loosing weight by exercising? i see the people on shows like the biggest looser, and i know they are burning more calories than they are eating.…

exercise or even strength training?? ----sorry if we are able to - I'm ONLY very new and have tried to list down housework and also hanging out laundry, but cant seem to be able to do so?:yawn:

Gym tips
I tend to stick to one hour of cardio twice a week at the gym, but should I be doing some weights as well? I'm waiting to loose fat/weight primarily as I'm not really bothered about building muscle... Hints or tips anyone? (saying that... when I say "I tend to stick to" I should have said "i'm aiming to do")

My Treadmill

Outside your HRM target zone
