Doing intense cardio in the mornings...

Zumba Vs. Turbo Jam
I love each of these workouts and I can find info on the calories that Turbo burns, but not on Zumba. Does anyone have any idea how many calories 20 min and 45 min of zumba generally burns. How often should you incorporate yoga or pilates during the
I don't practice yoga much at all but hear such good things about it...I've done it on occasion and kinda like it. However, between fitting in cardio and strength training when should you do yoga? There is no way I can devote 7 days to doing one of the three activities. A rest day or 2 is a must!

Favorite class at 24 hour fitness?

My local Y is offering classes in yoga. Never done any yoga, have heard it ranges from peaceful to really intense, high temp settings. How can I determine how fast I am walking in order to know how many calories I had burned? In the exercise part it gives you 3.0, 4.0. 5.0 mph.

Rest days?
I started running last week and have so far only had 1 rest day out of 7, I was thinking of doing one day run, the next jump-rope, day after run etc to try and balance out my work outs.. Do you guys recommend rest days and if so how do you work them into your regime? Thanks :) x

How much muscle might you lose in 3 months of not lifting
I suffered a bad back sprain in June and haven't been able to lift weights or run since then. I did go on a diet to keep from gaining weight. I am losing pounds but I don't know if it's fat or muscle. So my question is - how many pounds of muscle is an average 28 year old male likely to lose in 3 months?

I want to jump rope do jumping jacks and fun exersize with my kids. My problem is my girls are out of control. I have tried diffrent bras to no avail. Wondering if any of you have something that could work. Want to be able to get my kids involved in being healthy.
