Does anyone else have this problem...weighing 5-7 lbs. MORE on the doctor's scale?? Question regarding Calories gained.
Do most people here use all the calories that they gain from exercising? Did 18 miles today on the bike and gained over 1100 calories- but it seems excessive to eat that much.

Unsure of exercise calories
I bought a HRM and am not sure about the accuracy of the calorie count. The HR seems to be accurate but the amount of calories burned seems very high for the length of time I exercise. For example, if I use the exercise part of MFP, it says a 30 minute walk burns 150 calories. My HRM says I burned 450-500. That seems very…

Stubborn tummy.
I have lost 17 lbs, down to 128. I am 5'8", so my BMI is at 19.5. I'm just confused why my lower tummy area is being so stubborn. Do I really need to lose more weight? I just seem to have that bump.
