trying to figure out what my target heart rate should be

Pain after exercising :'(

How much extra water?
How much extra water do y'all drink on workout days? I just had an 1100 calorie workout outside in Alabama (a great ride on a great horse!) ... I drank a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle during the workout, but I bet I could put two more away right now. And I just want to make sure I'm having enough.
