Naw, not in the mean way. Did/does anyone else try to speed up/slow down their heart rate when they first strapped on their heart rate monitor? I know I do. How do I tell how many cals I burn at crew practice?

Sweatin to the Oldies - Richard Simmons
What a great workout. I had my daughter (who is also a myfitnesspal) and my grandchildren "Sweatin to the Oldies" with Richard Simmons and we had a blast... It is a lot of fun and boy is it a great cardio workout. So if you're looking for something that you can have fun with I highly recommend any of his videos. :smile:

Anyone play softball?
On several excersice references it says that you burn about 250 calories in just 1 hour! How is that possible? All you do is stand in a squatting position and (sometimes) make short sprints in the field. Does anyone know how accurate that information is?
