Yard work?
This weekend the plan is to do major yard work. Its going to be in the 80's today and 70's tomorrow. Does anyone know a good way of logging exercise for that? There will be raking, lots of racking, digging flower beds and planting, of course enjoying the nice hot weather too!!

aerobics w/ weights vs strength training calories burned?
ok, so I did 15 mins of aerobics w/ weights, then 10 mins of lunges. I felt like I was working harder (sweating more, heart pounding more) during the lunge time, so why would it be burning so many fewer calories???
