HRM how often do you change the batteries?

Unsure of exercise calories
I bought a HRM and am not sure about the accuracy of the calorie count. The HR seems to be accurate but the amount of calories burned seems very high for the length of time I exercise. For example, if I use the exercise part of MFP, it says a 30 minute walk burns 150 calories. My HRM says I burned 450-500. That seems very…

Hello! last week i just started using the elliptical trainer and I have been doing it mon-fri for 30 min. Stubborn tummy.
I have lost 17 lbs, down to 128. I am 5'8", so my BMI is at 19.5. I'm just confused why my lower tummy area is being so stubborn. Do I really need to lose more weight? I just seem to have that bump.
