Does Site Calulate Calories Burned for Strength Training
I entered all my Cardio and my Strength Training, but my report does not reflect how many calories I burned Lifting Weights only for cardio. Am I missing something??

HELP..... I need a good heart monitor
I am still in the 1st week of P90X and have not used a heart monitor but NEED to so I am going to get one this morning along with some new bands and free weights. I am goind to a sporting goods store so should have a great variety. What are some good heart monitors that don't cost an arm and aleg. 60 bucks or less.

cardio everyday?
I was wondering about doing cardio everyday, I have been told to do it every other day and give my body a rest. I have been doing 60 minutes everyday 3-4 miles. cutting the lawn
ok tis the season at least here in canada, the snow is all gone, i just spent an hour pushing a gas-operated lawn mower over our rough terrain... how can i log this as exercise.. i feel like i got a better work out than an hour at the gym... so it must count for something!

how many calories you burn by doing the slim in 6 seris? Each week is different when you start the 1st is a 25 mintue workout 2nd a 45 mintue workout and the 3rd is a full hour. I would love to know so I can log it acurately when I get the tapes. Thanks so much!!

I am always looking for someone to share the pain:grumble: of my workouts. My friends choose not to workout. I love to bowl (even though I suck) if anyone wants to do that for some exercise. How accurate??...
How accurate are the calorie counters on exercise machines? The calories burned on MFP are completely different (usually lower) than what the machines at the gym say. How off are exercise machines? ....ones that don't make you put in your height and weight.

HRM significantly higher than MFP?!
I wear a Polar HRM and I recently got it back from repairs (they just replaced my transmitter band), I wear it when I walk my dog. Last time I was walking up ad down hilly streets for 40min and Polar said I burnt 250 while MFP says I burnt only 126 - HUGE difference! Which do I believe?? Polar seems unrealistic although it…

Now that I have my HRM, I am finding that instead of going for a a time goal while I'm working out I am going more for a certain amount of calories burned. I aim for 500 calories usually 5 times a week instead of doing an hour. What do you do?

should I log my walking?
I do my cardio on the treadmill 6 days a week, but when i want a day off I feel too guilty to not atleast walk a little while... Even though I don't get my heart rate up and sweat as much as I normally do should I still log the calories lost?
