May 14 ~ MFP Runners

For the Runners - anyone run in the rain?
There's a chance of precip. this afternoon. I've finally begun running outside rather on the TM and LOVE it. But I've never run in the rain before. I have a windbreaker with a hood. I can wear that. And a hat. What else do you runners wear when you're running in the rain? Any other tips? I'll take anything!

Ankle support
Can anyone recommend a good ankle support that will fit when I have my tennis shoes on. I have several already but they only fit when I wear my boots. I have a medium elastic one but it feels like it is cutting off circulation.:grumble: Any siggestions please.

I have a really bad back, and need to get into shape. Anyone know of some exercises I can do to help and will not hurt me further. I know there will be pain from working out but bad pain. Cannot run, lift more than 15pounds, and no jumping more than 5 times.
