Polar F4 vs F6
Looks like the F4 costs less than the F6. I workout at home, so I'm not worried about interference from other HRMs. Are there any other differences between these two models? Anyone tried both and have a preference?

How many grams of FAT do we burn when doing stationary bike?

by the spinning class at my gym. I walk buy it all the time, but I am afraid to try it. I am afraid this fat girl will die trying a class, or that people will look at me like "what is that fat girl doing in here" especially if I cant keep up at first.... one day I will try it.... :ohwell:

Bicycle for petite women
Does anyone have any recomendations? I used to love to bike but I need a small frame bike. Also I hate the tiny wheeled ones, I was like a hamster on a wheel trying to keep up with my husband yesterday. I was miserable and more than my pride is bruised, if you know what I mean! strong abs under fat?
I have some fat on my ab region (okay...probably a lot), but I feel like my abs are strong too. Is it possible to have a six pack or whatever under the fat? Is there really any way of knowing? (Now, I know my abs could be stronger, but I just had my third c-section 3.5 months ago. :smile: )

Question regarding Calories gained.
Do most people here use all the calories that they gain from exercising? Did 18 miles today on the bike and gained over 1100 calories- but it seems excessive to eat that much.
