When you put in what you have done for the strength training it doesnt put a calorie value anything.... But I know that I am burning calories... Has anybody found a solution to this?

Sometimes after i input the time i did my cardio for on certain machines, the total calories burned is less than what the machine says i've actually burned, or sometimes it's more...i never know which is more accurate, the machine or the log? has anyone else encountered this problem or can help me with this?

i work as a resturant manager and work 9-10 hour shift 3 times a week most of which is on my feet walking round. do you think that these 9 hour shifts would be equivalent to walking for 30 mins at 5mph??
