Are the calories burned on excersize equipment accurate?
I was just curious to hear everyones opinion of whether they think the ditigal calorie counters that are on cardio equipment are very accurate or not. I overheard some people next to me on the elliptical today debating the issue, and it made me curious/ :ohwell: Any thoughts??

Dance Dance Revolution!
Any other DDR fans out there finding it is a fun aerobic addition to your workout? I've found its only really great if you do the normal - the beginner can't get a heart rate up too much...

Cardio Blast
Wow i had such a good workout today!!! I did the biggest loser cardio blast and i only did the warm up and the 20 min level 1 and the cool down but boy did bob kick my butt!!!! The cool down ( yoga ) was the hardest part for me i am sweating like a dog but i feel great!!

Drinking a protein shake before my long run this morning. I drank about 60 oz of water before bed to help hydrate. Definitely feeling nervous about tackling 7-8 miles. What is the best way to recover after an intense workout?
I workout 5 days a week at 5pm. M T W strength training and cardio and abs. T TH strength training and cardio. However I am exhausted after working out. Does anyone have a good recovery drink or food or suggestion that will help me maintain my energy till bedtime.

Irritating Tendon...anyone have experience w/ this?
I'm not sure why this is, but when I do certain exercises (push-ups are a prime example), my tendon rubs over my right elbow and feels kind of like a "POP." excercise logging question!!
i have a gaiam balance ball work out DVD.. lost the case.. it's just a yellow ball and it came with a dvd that has 3 different work outs. what would i log that in as in my excercise?
