Butt Kicking
So last night I was not the best eater. My husband and I went out for dinner and I didn't follow the plan. So this morning we got up and went to the gym early. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the exercise bike and then did some weight lifting. After that, I went for 50 minutes of lane swimming. I just kicked…

Irritating Tendon...anyone have experience w/ this?
I'm not sure why this is, but when I do certain exercises (push-ups are a prime example), my tendon rubs over my right elbow and feels kind of like a "POP." It is irritating, but it only hurts if I overwork it. Does anyone have experience with this, know if there's anything that I can do to get it to stop? It's a weird…
