Is This Right?!?
I bought a HRM today and used it in tonight's Zumba aerobics class. I worked out for 45 minutes at high intensity and it told me I burned 844 calories!!! That can't be right, can it? When I log high impact aerobics in general here on MFP, it's saying I only burned 377. So which is right?

Cardio Blast
Wow i had such a good workout today!!! I did the biggest loser cardio blast and i only did the warm up and the 20 min level 1 and the cool down but boy did bob kick my butt!!!! The cool down ( yoga ) was the hardest part for me i am sweating like a dog but i feel great!!

Drinking a protein shake before my long run this morning. I drank about 60 oz of water before bed to help hydrate. Definitely feeling nervous about tackling 7-8 miles.
