Every day, I wear my heart rate monitor while exercising so i can track everything. I do my best to eat those calories (or most of them). Logging in exercise
I do Pilates everyday and run the treadmill. When I go to log in my exercise, Pilates isn't a choice. How do you log exercise if it isn't listed? How can you figure out the specifications?
