Mark's Beachbody Transformation
Back in March of 2009 I started a Beachbody program called Power 90! I weighed in at 220.5 lbs. Well, after the 90 day homefitness program, I was weighing 195 lbs! That is the lowest in 7 years. I will post some pictures later today. I will be moving onto P90X in the near future.

Billy Blanks' Basic Bootcamp ??
I haven't done this video in over a year, and now I finally have the bands. My brother gave me the bands, and they are weighted. Do I need the weights for this exercise? I am not sure these bands are Billy's bands. Also, any idea of about how many calories you burn doing this?

what the hell? I know it probably means that I'm gaining muscle, but I already have enough muscle in my legs and shoulders. Starting to look like a linebacker :laugh: :laugh: I guess it's a psychological thing....I need to be more concerned with health than with the # on the scale.

I bought a HRM today and used it in tonight's Zumba aerobics class. I worked out for 45 minutes at high intensity and it told me I burned 844 calories!!! That can't be right, can it? When I log high impact aerobics in general here on MFP, it's saying I only burned 377. So which is right?
