Ab Workouts?
Can anyone recommend a good Ab Workout (maybe a DVD) that does not involve the standard abdominal crunch (you know....laying on your back, hands behind the head, blah blah blah, crunch crunch crunch)? Hi! I just had a very generous friend mail me her P90X DVDs. BUT, she can't find the accompanying book so I was wondering if there was a specific rotation posted anywhere? Do you just do the 12 workouts in the order they come in and then re-start or is there a science to it? Thanks a lot! Becky

I feel like death LOL. I have been doing the elliptical/jogging 20-30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week for months. soooo I started the 30 day shred yesterday and i can barely walk today. What can i do to feel better? my quads hurt so bad. I want to work out today but i can barely walk. help Jess

Does MFP's calories burned take into account your inputted weight? I know that as you lose weight your exercise becomes easier and you're burning less calories. So as long as I'm keeping my inputted weight up to date, does the calories burned adjust?

Post-Workout Recovery
How many carbs, protein and calories should I be consuming after a workout? Sometimes I will have an apple and peanut butter or a post workout recovery drink. I've been wogging, (walking and jogging) for a few months now, and i've worked up to a five min run with a 1 min walk, sometimes a bit more. problem is, i've started getting shin splints a bit. i'm icing now, after my run, and did some ibuprophen.
