Cleaning.....
...For 2 hours burns 599 calories (light cleaning, moderate effort), according to the database. Does anyone have any idea if this is accurate or not? Because if it is, I'm cleaning every dang day for 2 hours.

Just curious as I have about five days off work and I'm trying to get past 30 pounds lost. Has this jumpstarted any weight loss? My workout made me want to puke!
Why? I slept in today so normally I've eaten 3 times as opposed to once. Is that the reason? Is that feeling a good sign or a sign of pushing it with either the workout routine or not enough food or both? Needless to say I'm shoveling in some lunch right now.
