Excercise with a BONUS!!
This weekend I did a 5K walk for the National Brain Tumor Foundation. It was a great event and it was a perfect way to get in some excercise! Some charity organizations require you raise money, some do not. In any case, whether you want to simply go for a walk or 'practice' running, its a wonderful way to give back.…

Anyone else out there doing Tae-Kwon-Do?
Is anyone else doing Tae-Kwon-Do as part of their exercise routine? I looked it up in the exercise database and it says that you burn 672 calories in 45 minutes. Just wondering how accurate this is. Thanks!

Breasts/Bra Question
So I started jogging this week on the treadmill. Right now I've got a pad-less bra on and a sports bra over it, but I'm still jiggly lol. I wear a 38D and their pretty saggy. Is jogging going to make them sag even more, even if I have two bras on?

I have an HRM confession
I'm pretty new to this site and in a couple of threads I've bragged about the Sportline Solo 910 Women's HRM. It was (notice was) my first ever HRM and I REALLY wanted one that did not require a chest strap. :grumble: I used the watch for 4 days through various different exercises including walking, jogging & P90X.…

If you work out "with" Gilad, (Bods in Motion) do you know?
Do you know how many average calories you burn during a 30 minute video? I've been doing it as an "extra" in the morning, along with the treadmill in the afternoon. I haven't been counting it, but I think I'd like to start. Thanks!

Should I put 30 minutes?
I walked a mile in 60 minutes walking my dog but there is nothing in exercise that says walking 1.0 mph.. just 2.0 mph, etc. So should I use the 2.0 mph and cut it down to 30 minutes? Thanks.

strength training calories burned
I know that doing strength training i.e. lifting weights burns calories but when you enter it on your exercise log it doesn't show you how many calories you burn doing various exercises with weights. Does anyone know how to figure that out? I want to do this right and eat my exercise calories but it's difficult when it…

Running problems
Hi everyone. I was hoping to get some input on some problems I was having during my workout session today. I've gotten to the point where I can run a mile straight without a problem and if I push, I can make a mile and a quarter before I have to walk. My HR tends to get up to 180-range by the end of that, and for the…

My question is: Am I still letting my muscles rest from strength training if I do a workout video that may work the same muscle groups I did the day before, but im not using…

I have lost 25 pounds over the past 2 months. Lost 2 inches in hips and even 1 inch in the neck, but have not lost even 1/2 a inch in the waist. Does anyone know some good waist exercises.
