So I want to get something to exercise on at home with my tax return. Any suggestions? Right now I am thinking treadmill, elliptical, or bike?? Leg cramps
Does anyone know of a good stretching exercise for shins and calves? I just started two weeks ago walking again and when I walk more than 15 min I get a horrible cramp in my calve that wont go away. I continue my walk but very painful. Any suggestions.

No weight lost Still!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still have not lost any weight. I lost 1/2 inch off my stomach whew!!! That is 30 inch waist now as of today!!! But still no darn weight lost. I am not even loosing alot of inches off my stomach anymore. I want to a 26 inch waist even if it kills me.
