Personal Goal

So today I did 45 minutes of weights. I'm not exactly sure how log it. Do I count it as circuit training if I keep my heart rate up? I'm kind of ignorant at logging everything.

Help Raining again
This may be a silly question. But I usually walk 35 min. on my lunch but it is pouring rain and I cant get soaked and work the rest of the day. If I dont do it on my lunch I tend not to do it at all. Was wondering what I could do instead? I have a back hall stairs, would going up and down them be a good exercise?

Shin Splints??

I do cardio for 30 minutes. I run for 20 minutes which is always a little over 2 miles.
