Too much sugar??
I have heard multiple theories on sugr consumption. Everyday it seems as if I am "over" my limit. It is all healthy or at least I think so? Most of my sugars come from fresh fruit. Should I cut down or is it ok to consume a lot? I get so confused hearing all the different theories!

650 calories left at the end of the day..
after burning 1100 calories exercising today i find that i still have around 650 left in the green. as it heads towards 9pm im thinking that a full meal probably isnt necessary, but is it healthy to leave that much of a deficit? or should i head to the shop and buy something nice and sugary?

Too much protein?
So I am 40 grams over on my protein today, is this bad? I am strength training at the gym and took a protein shake afterwards which pushed it over my daily goal. I make sure I don't go over on my calories, carbs or fat but I'm not very clued up about protein yet! Any help will be appreciated :)
