Eating at 1600 calories with 1700-2300 3 days a week since May 20th
Hey guys, Typically 4 days a week I eat 1600 calories and the rest varies from 1700-2300. I haven't lost any weight yet. I'm basically just at maintenance. Any advice as to why I'm not losing and what else I can do?

When using bone-in, skin-on chicken in stew
I started with 2 pounds, 2 oz (962.2 g) of chicken in chicken cacciatore in the slow cooker. When the chicken was cooked, I deboned and skinned it, and tossed this. Is the total number of calories correct to be in Calorie deficit
I logged in and said I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week … so they gave me about 1,300 a day … my question is … is that the number I’m supposed to be eating to be in my calorie deficit? Or should I be taking calories off that number?

If I ate 1650 calories and burned 700 calories, am I still in a calorie deficit?
I’m confused about how a calorie deficit works. Today I ate 1667 calories but I burned around 700-800 by exercising (I ran, walked and lifted weights). This left me with a total of 902 net calories.
