when doing strenght/weight training,
when i logged in my weight training, i noticed it show that i burned calories, only in the cardio section......... is that right? when weight training, you're not burning calories? and what happens if i ate more than the recommended protein amount. like i'm 10 over

The site tells me an hour of elliptical is about 1053 cals burned...my elliptical says an hour burned 700. how do i know how accurate each one is?
