Not a pleasant question, but necessary
Question. If you're sick (as in vomiting) approx 2 hours after eating do you disregard what you ate before that and start your calories afresh, do you assume you must have digested at least part of what you ate and account for that in your diary?

Can Acid reflux affect weight loss?

I'm a lazy glob of woman today.
I stayed under my calories but didn't do a thing in terms of exercise. I feel incomplete now LOL. It's cold and icky outside so my walk is out...and I can't do the Wii or DVD because my hubs is watching TV...(and I don't want to be his entertainment...in the way of shaking my fat butt for him...maybe later). Use MFP as a meal planner
I use MFP to plan my daily meals. It lets me keep my caloric count in line as well as stay within my Protein, Carbs, Fat, Sugars and Cholesterol guideline goals. Takes the guess work out of what I'm going to eat and also seems to keep my mind from going on those wild craving rants. :happy:
