weight watcher points question
When i was on weight watchers, they gave us a weekly food allowance of 35 points that you could use how you wanted to. If i only 1200 calories per day, do i get any extra calories for something special or what?

Bowel prep for surgery???
I'm having Laparoscopy surgey at 6am and they want my bowels empty. I drank 6oz. of Magnisium Celtrate 6 hours ago and nothing. So I drank another 4oz. about 2 hours ago and still nothing. Are they going to cancell my surgery if I don't empty my bowel. How important is it?

Wow... I can't believe it...
My scale doesn't seem to have moved much lately and I was getting a little discouraged. But I put on my jeans today and the muffin top is barely noticeable :) :) this has definately lifted my spirits and made me feel sooo much better about the dieting and exercise now that I know it's working xx

Coffee
What do you use to flavor your coffee? I use flavored creamers (Coffeemate) & sugar in my coffee. They taste so good, but are loaded with sugar. I am trying to cut back on my sugar intake. My coffee in the morning is almost 1/2 of my sugar allowance for the day! Any ideas?

Daily calorie allowance
If I can have 1600 calories a day, and exercise bumps me up to 2000, shouldn't I still take in 1600 to 'lose' weight? Why are my exercise calories added to my daily caloric allowance? Trina:huh:

Seriously though...I count every little bit. I just mowed my yard (with a push mower)...went to punch it in MFP on my phone and low and behold there is a choice for entering in "mowing, riding mower" in cardio exercises. Color me confused :noway:
