Two Kahlua Drinks sent me over the top!
Yikes! Who knew? I obviously did not have a clue how much sugar and calories Kahlua had in it. Boy did I blow it by having two drinks tonight....Kahlua and milk (fat free) Even the fat free milk didn't make much of a difference. Live and learn. It was yummy but won't be happening again in the near future.
