calorie goal
so I have lost 43 lbs since joining MFP, my question is my calories never changed... so tonight I went into my diet/fitness profile and just simply changed my weight loss goal and it dropped my calories by 160.. why did it not drop them as I went along... whenever i put in my weight I tell it to refigure my goals...

Im reading all the threads saying that people cant lose weight if they dont eat their exercise calories or their intake is set too low. I eat around 1200cal a day and exercise on top of that. Eating before going to the gym?
I am just wondering when i should be eating in the mornings. I go to the gym at 8.30am, so when should i eat, and what should i eat for breakfast? well, I liked what it said yesterday (I saved on my calories and upped the exercise so ended up with about 450 spare),it said I'd be 205 in 5 weeks. Today after my fab mothers day lunch I'm 190 in deficit. It now says I'll be 212 in 5 weeks! LOL
