Building Muscle While in Calorie Deficit
I just read in another thread you cannot build muscle when in a calorie deficit! Is this true? I tend to not believe that statement but want to hear from those of you who have more knowledge in this area! Thanks in advance!

Should I be losing weight every day?
If my daily caloric intake is less than my Basal Metabolic Rate, shouldn't I be losing weight gradually every day? I love all the advice and support I have received. I will temporarily adjust my caloric intake until Monday when I have a professional dietician do a complete body mass check to determine how many calories I need. I read somewhere on another thread that we are suppose to drink 1/2 our body weight in ozs. of water. Is this correct? Because if I weigh 225 that would mean I should drink 112 ozs of water every day? Seems like a lot to me! Thanks
