How Should I Start?

Loosing weight but getting bigger!
Ok I just weighted myself and did my measurements. I've lost weight but my thighs belly and chest have all gotten bigger. So I guess I'm loosing pure muscle or something. I havent started working out yet. Is it normal to loose muscle and gain fat while im on this diet?

Im having trouble meeting my calorie goal everyday. Especially when I gain like 300 extra calories after working out. Eating All Calories?
Okay guys I need some info. I'm not new at the weight loss game, but I am just as confused about one aspect of it as I have always been. Are you supposed to eat all the calories you're allotted for? What are some good meals to eat for lunch? I only have 30 mins so I usually run through the drive-thru....which is a big mistake. Are there any food that are quick and easy and good on calories? I'm burned out on sandwiches :(
