1200 calories a day
I'm so confused. I'm told to eat 1200 calories a day and I will lose weight but I'm not so heavy to begin with I just want to lose a few pounds. What I am confused about is how could I lose on 1200 calories a day and someone else who is like 150 be eating the same amount as me? Shouldn't I really be eating less than 1200?…

I'm confused.
I noticed that when I set the setting to lose 1 pound a week, 1 1/2 pounds a week, or 2 pounds a week, it still won't ALLOW me to lose more than 1.4 pounds a week because it already has me at 1200 a day. Help, is sugar the reason I am stalled?
