Did you know??
2 packs of ramen noodles have 760 calories!?!?!?! this shocked me.. my skinny 6 year old son always eats 2 packs with all the liquid drained out.. when I let him eat it anyway lol... holy canoli thats a lot! I wanted to see how many so I typed it in .. I will NOT being buying ramen anymore SHEESH!

I Have A Question
During the past week I have consumed a lot fewer calories and alot fewer carbs. I have also been working out, both cardio and strength. And yet somehow I have gained weight? Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have an explanation as to why this may have happened and what I can do to change it?

What is your weakness with food?

Help with Dinner!
Had a great big Ceasar Salad and Soup and Breadsticks for lunch! Delicous! HOWEVER, I have 500 calories left for dinner (not a problem) but 1 gram of FAT only! Type of scale
Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew if an electronic scale is more accurate for weighing myself or if a regular scale is just fine.
