What is the one tip or trick that has been the most helpful in your weight loss?? (ex- drinking lots of water, good exercise music, a certain food or something) I feel like I have been in the same routine for awhile and want to change it a little bit. What has (or hasn't) made you successful?

I've been thinking about giving Alli a try on my second month. I want to do a full month on my own and see how well I do and then try a month doing everything the same as I am now but using the Alli as well. Anyone had any experience using it and any opinions about it?

How many calories do you average for each meal?
For me I usually eat around 400 calories for breakfast 400 for lunch and around 400 to 500 for dinner. And then a couple of snacks in between!

Paleo diet and calories
I know we're not supposed to count calories on the Paleo diet. I have logged what I ate today....not sure if it's totally accurate. But I'm not hungry and I don't want to eat anymore. But my total says I ate something like 775 calories for the day. Should I really eat anymore or am I ok? thanks
