I am new to this, even though I have dieted, and tried eating healthier before,... I just gave in to my cravings way too much. S i was wondering.... What are some of the things you do to curb your cravings? What things do you think work best?

I have only lost 2 pounds in the last three weeks, how dissappointing. I am usually at 1500 or less calories a day. I am exercising. Even my measurements aren't changing. What gives?

HELP! I AM NOT FEELING WELL AT ALL AFTER 10 POUNDS!!
I started a new healthy lifestyle and I am loving it! Today is my 7th day. I felt great all weekend - staying under my calories or close too and exercising. Today I feel just crummy! I finished my food log 2 hours ago and have since then eaten 2 buckeyes and chips with corn dip! What is wrong with me? Does anyone have any tips for binge eating in the evenings? Will the count ever end?
It seems like the calorie count runs my life. I go up and down mood wise because of the number I see. I was 340 calories over today. Even though in the week I'm at least even; I hate it! It seems like this counting stuff is too much stress to continue with it forever. I'm SO TIRED OF COUNTING!
