So, I have reduced my overall caloric with foods by 500 a day, so 3500/week, which leads to a (in theory) 1 pound loss each week. With exercise I am averaging about 1500 calories burned in a week. I just bought a belt device that calculates my steps/miles/calories burned each day. Do I add the calories that it says that I have burned to my 1405 (BMR) to get my calories burned each day? How many steps should someone take each day? Whats average? Thanks :smile:

ideas for 5 small meals a day
