I know this is a crazy question, but it's making me insane. For the last month, my scale has not budged. Not one OUNCE. Had enough!
I'm 20 years old. 5''6 and weigh 130 lbs. I feel huge(I know im not THAT big) but I feel horrible. I can't stop eating the foods that I like, crisps, and fizzy drinks. So,Iv decided to just go by calories and take multi vitamins. 1,000 calories a day? will it work?:smile:

Can someone tell me why I am allowed 220 g of carb on my calorie tracker, but only 60 grams of protein? I am trying to cut down on CARBS and I feel I need more protein because I am working out. I have found myself as of recent having as much as 200-300 or so calories left over at the end of the day. I realize this is good for the most part but I'm over in EVERYTHING else.
