Always thirsty
I drink about 2.5 liters a day of water plus a few cups of peppermint tea and I'm still always thirsty! I do walk for about 2 hours a day so I'm hoping that it's just my increase in activity, has anyone else experienced this?

I have been able to stay on track as far as calories go but I am having severe difficulty with my sugar and sodium. I thought I was eating healthier but my sugars are way over. For example for breakfast I had a banana, cheerios, and milk and my sugar count was already at 26. What can I do to get this under control?:huh:

I hit a platuea so after taking the advice of others on here I decided to eat maintainence for two weeks then return to my diet. But I gained a couple lbs while doing this. Does this happen to anyone else? Is this normal? Im hoping that when I got back on my diet on Friday those lbs will fall right off.

I'm not sure how to pick my mini-goals. I had wrote down that I would lose another 10 pounds this month but I'm not sure if that is realistic or not. Weight loss & Anti-Depressants
Has anyone successfully lost weight while on anti-depressants? I was put on them at 28 after a hysterectomy and was not allowed to take harmones so the dr thought I should take AD's. I started gaining weight soon after and now I hear they can cause weight gain. Just wondering. Thanks, Karen
